VELVET RICHES INTRODUCTION
Velvet Riches casino review. The homepage looks very tacky and unfinished. It looks as if whoever created it has left it half done with no interest in finishing it. I will be looking over four areas which you will see below. These being the promotions, payment options, game selection and the support selection. I can tell you now, I will not be playing here again. There are much better online casinos available than Velvet Riches. I would also advise other to do the same.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Across the homepage banners with offers on appear yet none of these seem of interest at all. First deposit bonus 125% bonus up to £50 plus 25 free spins are limited to only a handful of games which seems pointless. The game I wanted to use this offer on I could not. I have taken the promotions area away as a massive negative. There are not many offers available for new or existing customers, compared to other online casinos the selection here is very poor.
VELVET RICHES PAYMENT OPTIONS
Safe payment options are very important these days as players are now using modern e-wallet options as their main method of deposits and withdrawals. Velvet Riches needs to look at adding more of these options as there are not many available at the moment to choose from. This may result in players looking to play elsewhere.

The game selection really didn’t offer much with areas for slots, casino, live, jackpots, casual, favourites. This is why I wasn’t expecting something special. One point to make is that many of the games were very dated and clearly need removing for some new games that include some exciting new technology. This is clearly what is missing. Velvet Riches has numbers over quality, and it would be better to have more quality but less numbers in my option. Anyway, rather underwhelming to say the least.

There is a support page from the drop down, this consists of an email submission form and two phone numbers. I tried one of the numbers and it did not seem to work, so no idea on that. The other I was able to get through to them but was left on hold in a queue for around 40 minutes. No time scale is given on an email response from the email submission form. There is not a live chat option either so there seems to be no urgency with helping support customers. This area needs improving and pretty quickly.

I was expecting good things from what I had heard about this online casino and I was left disappointed. It failed to live up to expectations. The promotions, customer service and games selection are poor. It was just not good enough. All of the areas above need improvements made to them if Velvet Riches want to compete with the many other online casinos available. I for one will not be returning to this online casino even if they do upgrade the features and I advise other players to do the same.
