I had expected the rest of the casino to live up to how the homepage looked and this simply was not the case. It did not meet the key sections I look for when reviewing an online casino which consist of the promotions, to the payment section, the game selection and then the support. I have listed some points for each of these below.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
The welcome offers is 100% up to £50 and 50 free spins. This seems to be the only welcome offer available; I cannot see any other offers available for existing customers either. I find this poor and disappointing; I was expecting there to be a good selection of offers available and this is not the case. Compared to a host of other online casinos this one really is lacking in the promotions department. I advise other players to make an account elsewhere as there are no benefits on this one.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Moving onto the payment section and they say it usually takes a few business days to pay-out, well I was left waiting seven, so clearly not up to scratch.
