LUCKY BAR INTRODUCTION

Review on Lucky bar casino and there is no doubt that it looks like it could be a really great platform from the homepage. It gives a classy look to the online casino but unfortunately that was about it and it turned out to be really underwhelming from what I had expected when initially looking over the site. It turned out to fall well short in a number of the key areas I look for, from promotions, to the payment selection, the game selection and then the support. I have covered each section in some more detail below. I will not be coming back to play at this online casino again.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

The promotions page has a few different promotions to choose from. It is pretty clear that players have little to no chance of actually winning anything from these bonuses. They appear to look good, but they really are not. The bonuses are limited to a select few games as well. The available games that qualify for these bonuses are of no interest to most players, they need to offer them on more games.

LUCKY BAR PAYMENT OPTIONS

The available payment methods are visa, mastercard, maestro, bank. These are the only payment methods which I find to be very poor and disappointing. i was expecting there to be a lot more payment methods on offer than just the four. I mainly use e-wallets as my method of payment and this online casino is really lacking this option. Most players will only use e-wallets these days as they are the most safe and secure method of payment. I am not impressed with the lack of payment options on this online casino. Another reason as to why I will not be returning.

GAMES

The game selection appeared to be another area that could be great on the site. They offered sections on jackpot games, slots, card and table games, virtual sports, live casino. I was excited for this but was met with some games that looked nearly older than myself. I was expecting a lot more of a variety on this online casino but was left disappointed to the selections they actually have available. They need to look at adding some new games to their selections.

LUCKY BAR CONTACT

The contact options are an email address and a phone number, there are no other means of contact. I find this very poor, I really struggled to get in contact with the customer service team. It took over four days to get a response via email and the phone number just rings out or goes to voicemail. This section needs looking into.

Lucky Bar Casino Sister Sites Conclusion

The lack of contact for customers clearly speaks for itself. I am shock that they don’t offer more contact options, it seems so hard to get in contact with anyone at this casino so if you need help urgently or quickly you will have no chance of that. The games are limited, the payment options are limited, the offers are limited all in all a very boring and limited online casino. I will not be returning.
