LUCKY ADMIRAL INTRODUCTION

Lucky Admiral online casino, I have heard good things about this casino, but I cannot see why. My whole experience from this site has been nothing but negative. The homepage has far too much going on for my liking. I was told this online casino offers some good welcome offers which is not true, the wagering requirements are too high there is little to no chance of winning anything off of the welcome bonuses that they offer. I have reviewed some sections that are stated below, these are some of the key areas I look for at online casinos.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

New players only can qualify for a welcome bonus that is way off the mark compared to what other online casinos can off you for signing up. There is a good page full of offers and promotions but none of these are actually any good, you would have to be extremely lucky to even get close to winning anything off of these offers. All of the offers available are limited to a select few games and none of these games are fun to play at all so it’s rather frustrating that more games do not qualify for these offers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options on this site are very limited with only a handful of payment options available. The payment options are a very important area these days, as players are now using modern e-wallet options as their method of choice. This site really needs to look at adding these options, as at present they offer just a limited few, which may even result in people looking elsewhere. The only available payment methods at the moment are visa, maestro, mastercard, paypal, pay safe card, pay by mobile.

GAMES

The games selection is not that bad on this site, there are a few games that are really good, but the majority are quite basic. I was expecting more of a variety than what is currently on offer. A lot of the live games seem to be lagging behind whilst you play which can be quite annoying when you are trying to place bets on time. They need to look at adding in some more updated and new games to keep you entertained. The available games to choose from are hot slots, jackpots, bingo, table games, casino.

LUCKY ADMIRAL CONTACT

Like most online casinos they have an FAQ page although this one is very basic and does not offer a great deal of help. It’s stated they aim to get back to all customers within two business days, well I was left waiting five business days regarding something quite simple. They need to look at adding in some phone numbers and a live chat option as an email submission form is not good enough.

Lucky Admiral Casino Sister Sites Conclusion

A rather negative experience all round from this online casino. All of the above sections need major work on and as soon as possible. I was expecting this online casino to offer a lot more than it actually does. The customer service side of this site is a huge let down and needs to be looked into. I for one will not be coming back to this site again and I advise you to play elsewhere.
