GRAND IVY CASINO INTRODUCTION:

The Grand Ivy Casino is a brand managed by White Hat Gaming Limited the company is registered in accordance with Maltese law. The company is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the gambling commission. The main currency is Pound Sterling. There are to many negatives to take away from my experience playing, so overall it was a casino I would not return to and would recommend others to go elsewhere. I have covered this in more detail below, from the promotions, to the payment options, the game selection and then finally the customer service.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS GRAND IVY CASINO:

Welcome bonus up to £1,500 plus 100 spin bonus

First deposit 100%match bonus up to £300 plus 25 bonus spins

Second deposit 25% match bonus up to £800 plus 50 bonus spins

Third deposit 50% atch bonus up to £400 plus 25 bonus spins

Win £30,000 this year

£10,000 prize give away

£500 weekly give away

A reasonably good selection of offers / promotions. It all looked good from the outset but they asked for a crazy turnover amount on the welcome bonus and altogether it then gave me little chance of actually winning. This seems to be the regular you see these days and it is actually very frustrating.

GRAND IVY CASINO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Maestro
• Skrill
• Neteller
• Paysafe card
• Paypal
• Klarna
• Trustly
• Interac
• Rapid
• Bank wire
• Apple pay
• Instadebit
• Muchbetter

This is a fairly decent list to choose from and the online casino also offers an extensive list of these new e-wallet options that I look for. This is a positive to take away no doubt.

GRAND IVY CASINO GAMES:

Slot games

Live dealer

Table games

Blackjack

Roulette

Poker

Scratch and fun

Live games have a couple of seconds delay which is annoying when trying to place bets at a live table. The site really lacked that wow factor when it came to games to choose from and is another weak area that needs to be improved right away. This also includes the live casino area of the site, which was not as good as I have experienced elsewhere recently.

CONTACT GRAND IVY CASINO:

Live chat 24 hours a day 7 days a week

No phone number or email address available to contact customer services at the grand ivy casino. You really struggle to get a response from this casino and are left waiting multiple days for a response. This is really poor and another weak area, that needs to be improved right away.

Grand Ivy Casino Sister Sites Conclusion

No option to change language or currency

Live chat takes forever to get a response, sometimes days.

Can’t get hold of anyone via email

An ok selection of welcome bonuses to new customers

Reasonable amount of payment options

These are the key negative areas and need to be addressed, before I would return to play. Overall, there are simply so many better options across the market and this was disappointing.
