12 Bet Casino Introduction

My review on 12 bet casino it gives a classy look to the online casino but unfortunately that was about it and it turned out to be really underwhelming from what I had expected when initially looking over the site. It turned out to fall well short in a number of the key areas I look for, from promotions, to the payment section, the game selection and then the support. I have covered each section in more detail below.

Promotions and Offers

The promotions section on 12 bet casino is one of the worst I have seen at an online casino. There are only a few welcome offers for new customers from what I can see, the bonuses for existing players are truly awful and a waste of time. I was expecting so much more, and I am quite baffled to what I have seen that is available. This is another reason why I will not be returning to this online platform. There are much better casinos out there than this one.

Payment Options

Only a handful of payment options are available on 12 bet casino, again another section where I was expecting a lot more than what is currently on offer. Half of the payment methods do not state how long the withdrawal times will be. They need to look at adding a lot more variety of payment methods to choose from, especially some e-wallets which tend to be most peoples preferred payment method these days. The payment options available are mastercard, visa, e pro, skrill, neteller, pay safe card, eco.

Games

The game selection on 12 bet casino appeared to be another area that could be great on the site. I was excited for this but met with some games that did not meet expectations. It appears very lazy, and they should look at getting some new options added to the site which would improve this no end. I would recommend other players to play at other online casinos than this one. Sections to choose from include video slots, jackpot games, table games and live casino. Not much to choose from at all.

Contact

The help and support on the site are also an area that 12 bet casino need to look on improving right away. They give the usual FAQ option. It is not stated to how long it will take for you to get a response. I have been waiting three working days for a response. The live chat does not seem up to scratch. They need to look at updating this section as soon as possible as what is on offer now is just not acceptable. The email submission form again does not state turnaround times which is frustrating as you are just left waiting around for a response.

12 Bet Casino Sister Sites Conclusion

It was another casino that has a lot to work on and simply did not live up to what I expected when entering the site. The contact options are poor with no given time frame for replies or responses. The payment section is missing a lot of useful information, there needs to be some more payment options added also. The promotions on offer for new and existing customers are not good enough compared to other online casinos available. The payment options and game selections are key weak areas, so I will not be returning to 12 bet casino and would recommend others to play elsewhere.
