LALA88 Casino Introduction:

The home page gives off a rather classy looking home page compared to some other online casinos, it seems easy to navigate around as well. Although this is a positive the same cannot be said for the rest of the casino. I have had a negative experience across this platform. Below you can see some sections where I have gone into more details as to why my experience turned out to be a negative one.

Promotions and offers:

Welcome package deposit £250 play with £500. There are a few other offers available but nothing exciting. I have been left disappointed by this considering there is an ok number of games on this platform, you would have been expecting a lot more welcome offers for new customers and also some loyalty bonuses for existing payers. This is one of the reasons why I will not be returning to LALA88 online casino.

Payment options:

Payment options on LALA88 are limited to visa, mastercard, maestro, paypal, skrill, pay safe card, neteller and trustly. Information is not stated on how long withdrawals can take, I have been waiting for a few days now and I have not had any further information from customer support either. The FAQ page gives the bare minimum information regarding payments, deposits and withdrawals. This is a real let down compared to any online casino site and another reason as to why I will not be returning to LALA88.

Games:

Slots, tables, video poker, live, casino, live games. A very small and limited number of games to choose from, the majority of the games seem older than I am, the technology is dated and slow. I have played all of these games at other online casinos; they need to look at adding in some new games that are their own. I was expecting there to be a better selection that what is on offer now. The slots section is the only section that is not that bad.

Contact:

LALA88 have the usual FAQ page available, but this is very basic and does not offer much help at all. The only actual contact option is the live chat option, when you do eventually get through to someone, they do not seem that interested in helping resolve your issue. There needs to be more contact options available such as a phone number and a direct email address to start with. Just a live chat option is not acceptable.

LALA88 Casino Sister Sites Conclusion:

A limited selection of offers are available, slow and old games, lack of customer service, payment options are not the best. I can see why players come to this online casino and do not return. These are much better options out there to be had than this one. My experience at LALA88 casino has been nothing but negative, there is nothing positive that I will be taking away from my time at this online casino. I will not be returning to play here again or in the near future.
