Sky High Slots Casino Introduction:

Sky High Slots online casino which was a site that I rather expected to disappoint, and it did. The homepage looked very tacky and boring and that continued across the rest of the site and there are so many better options to choose from these days, in such a big industry there are endless sites to choose from. I have gone into more detail about why I have come to this conclusion below.

Promotions And Offers:

This section on the site looked to be really good but it was actually clearly not. They offer a first deposit bonus of get a 100% welcome bonus up to £50, bonus wins capped at £100 30 x wagering. I had to keep chasing them up before I was finally sent the free spins, the winnings on these are capped. The promotions section left me rather disappointed I was really hoping there was some more options available. Very poor and disappointing.

Payment Options:

The payment section on the site is very limited, with only a handful of payment options being available. This is simply not good enough these days and players are looking at using these safe and modern e-wallet options for online play. You cannot get this at Sky High Slots, so again this is likely to lead to people playing elsewhere, and it is an area they need to look at improving right away.

Games:

I was really looking forward to the game selection on the site, as it looked to have a great mix to choose from. There were a few options that I had not played before. However, overall, it turned out to be fairly underwhelming and did not live up to previous expectations. This is another reason, as to why I would not return to Sky High Slots to play. The majority of games available are quite dated and slow.

Contact:

The help and support on the site are also an area that they need to look at improving right away. They give the usual previously asked questions but when you actually need to contact them for help, they say they look at responding within 72 hours, and they actually took six   days to finally respond to me. This is simply not good enough and it would put be off returning for this in itself. The only options for contact are a live chat option and an email address, there are no phone numbers available for this site. Sky High Slots need to update the contact section right away.

Sky High Slots Casino Sister Sites Conclusion:

In conclusion, it is very clear that Sky High Slots is lacking in so many different areas and needs to look at improving these right away. All of the above sections need upgrading and pretty soon if they are to keep their customers and attract new ones. The payment selection is really poor, and the support is virtually non-existent. These areas need to be improved right away, as at present it leaves a lot to be desired, so I would recommend not playing. I will not be returning to this online casino given there are so many other options out there.
